Communication skills play an important role in almost all the jobs you perform. Some need you to communicate internally with your team members, boss or management while others need you to communicate with customers.

English has always been my favorite language and though I’m better at expressing myself on paper, I’d rate my communication skills as good.

Communication and Listening.
Communication - Doesn't just mean talking. It means conveying your message in a way that the person understands it.
Listening - Doesn't just mean hearing. It means understanding what is being said.

Keep these in mind before you answer the question.
