Project details for 2 years experience.

I understand, that for 2 years experience I should ideally limit my resume to single page. How many project experience and how much details for each project is acceptable?

Yes, it would be more appropriate to limit the resume to a single page format. Unless the candidate is having exceptional experience in their career, they should try not to exceed the single page line.

The project experience of the individuals depend on the project that they take up during their work time. The number of years of experience does not have anything to do with the number of projects. There are some projects which are long term and short term. Less number or even a single long term project is acceptable for 2 years, or number of short-term projects is again acceptable.

The basis of giving details is that the candidate should have actually worked on the project. They should not attempt to give false details for the projects that they haven’t actively participated in. If the candidate wants to give details of the project during the education they can add that as well, but the employer gives weightage to those worked on during the professional experience.
