The interviewer enquired me for my recent goals that I have set. What should I talk about?

Setting up new goals and targets means that the candidate is competitive and sets up their own parameters. This is one quality of a successful candidate to have a healthy competition for self-development and meet their own strategies. This question should not be replied with a 'No recent Goal' as it would leave a bad impression.

The candidate can speak out if they have any recent goals. This would make the interviewer feel better and may be a add-on to the candidate's personality. If the candidate does not have any targets or goals, they can frame up like they take up every new task or project as a new challenge and try to put-in their full efforts with innovative ideas to have the best possible resolution. So, every new project is the task and succeeding in that is the goal every time which makes them keep moving and climb up the career ladder.
