  • Experience: Minimum 1 - 3 years experience in Customer Care, Freshers can apply too :)

    Candidates that fit the profile can walk in weekdays (Monday-Friday) between 10.30 am and 3 pm.

    Good oral and written communication skills
    Excellent presentation skills
    Customer service orientation
    Ability to function in a dynamic and challenging environment
    10+3 or 10+2+3 education is mandatory.

    Shift Timing: Flexible to work in rotational shifts.

    Roles & Responsibilities:

    Handle inquiries.
    Resolve complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
    Follow-up with negative feedbacks and convince customers to remove them.
    Primary objective is to maintain marketplace accounts at a healthy status, improve ratings & customer satisfaction.
    Keep records of customer interactions.
    Effective problem solving skills including decision making, time management and immediate prioritization of tasks as assigned
    Demonstrates ownership to resolve challenging customer issues, escalating when necessary
    Qualified candidates must be comfortable in a multi-tasking, high-energy environment. They must be creative and analytical problem solvers with a passion for excellent customer service
    Excellent customer service skills, including maintaining focus on the customer issue in a fast-paced environment
    Ability to empathize with and prioritize customer needs
