Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM)

The Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) is a two-year, full time, residential programme. The programme offers specializations in finance, operations, marketing and information management and is ranked among the top ten in the country.

PGDM is a two-year full-time residential programme . Eligibility for the course is Minimum 3 years of Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized University in India or abroad.

Post Graduate Programme in Management (PGPM)

Post Graduate Programme in Management (PGPM) is an eleven month, full-time, residential programme. The mission of the programme is to create and nurture value-based future leaders taking on higher management roles in transforming organizations.

PGPM is an 11 months full-time residential programme with six months online learning as a pre foundation before joining the course. Eligibility is Minimum 3 years of bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university in India or abroad. Work experience of minimum 5 years after graduation.

The Family Managed Business (FMB)

Family Managed Business (FMB) is a unique program pioneered by SPJIMR (S.P. Jain Institute of management & Research) way back in 1997. It is an 18 month Management Programme for youngsters from business families. It is a solution to the dilemma of whether to pursue MBA or to join the family business, by retaining the merits of both at the same time. Currently in the 13th year, the programme has an alumni base of over 1,000. Participants come from all kinds of industries across India, and even from Dubai and Nepal.

Post Graduate Executive Management Programme

The emerging Business challenges require corporates to create a reservoir of versatile executives with a strong base of functional knowledge along with general management perspective.

SPJIMR's uniquely architectured Executive Management Programme is designed with a potential to address the above shortcomings and fills the gap of providing high quality management education to Practicing executives with minimal absence from their workplace.

The programme is spread over 4 phases over a 21-month duration and would involve 60 full days of classes at our campus in Mumbai. Graduates with minimum 5 years experience and with a good track record and who are backed up/supported by their companies to do the program.

Admissions Process : PGDM

Applications are to be made online only. The Application processing fee is Rs.1200 and can be paid by Credit Card, Net Banking or Demand Draft favouring 'S.P. Jain Institute of Management & Research'. The draft should be sent to the Admissions Coordinator. Payment can also be made at cash collection counters:

Selection Process:

Test score: CAT 2010 or XAT 2011 or GMAT (taken in 2010).

This year SPJIMR will have the interview process scheduled during January 2011 through March 2011. The minimum score required to get the final offer is 85 percentile in CAT2010/XAT2011 or a score of 680 in GMAT taken in 2010

Locations for the interview process will be announced in due course of time.

Please note: All admissions to SPJIMR are strictly on merit basis. There is no management quota. The entire admission process is on qualification basis and no intervention is possible. DO NOT PAY ANY MONEY to people promising you admission at SPJIMR. Please bring such claimants to our notice for strict action.

Fee Structure
Program fee for PGDM 2010-12 is Rs. 4.10 lacs per year
(excluding hostel fees of Rs. 40,000 per year ).
