    -A chain is a named series of tasks that are linked together for a combined objective.

    -Chains are the means by which you can implement dependency based scheduling, in which jobs are started depending on the outcomes of one or more previous jobs.

    - To start a chain at least one rule must have condition that always evaluates to TRUE so that the chain can start when the chain job starts.

    -The easiest way to accomplish this is to just set the condition to 'TRUE' if you are using Schedule chain condition syntax, or '1=1' if you are using SQL syntax.
