    - Different methods are used to calculate average diameters of particle size. Particle size is not a concise quantity for any non-spherical particle and may have several values with different meanings.

    - Sieving method, microscopic method and sedimentation methods are the different methods used to determine particle size. Microscopic method is to study fine intracellular details of cells.
