a. 1
b. 2
c. 3
d. 4

ANSWER: 3

Add 'has' after 'neither'.

'Neither' is followed by 'helping verb' and then the 'subject' i.e. 'neither has my brother'

The correct sentence should be: I haven't been to Pune before and neither has my brother.
