Random paradigm — This paradigm follows a loosely structured team and it depends on individual initiative of the team members.

Closed paradigm — structures a team along a traditional hierarchy of authority.

Open paradigm - attempts to structure a team in a manner that achieves some of the controls associated with the closed paradigm but also much of the innovation that occurs when using the random paradigm.

    - When the technological innovation is required in the organization the random paradigm is used for solving the complex problem.
    - Random Paradigm is the best project team organizational model where the project teams may struggle when orderly performance is required.
