    i know some one have slightly confusion about sanity testing.bcz all are comaparing smoke with sanity testing.threre is lots of differancce between smoke and sanity.so as soon as we get build we do smoke testing.nothing but we do basic check before doing indepth testing.by giving only positive input.so we do smoke testing at first build not sanity so ans should be 4

    after receiving build, testing team covers basic functionality test of that build to estimate stability. Test software's integration with external third party components like printers, application server and databases etc.
