    - A view is a logical representation of another table or combination of tables.

    - A view derives its data from the tables on which it is based.

    -V$DATABASE - It displays information about the database from the control file.

    -DATABASE_PROPERTIES - It lists Permanent database properties.
    -The properties are PROPERTY_NAME, PROPERTY_VALUE, DESCRIPTION.

    - GLOBAL_NAME - It specifies whether a database link is required to have the same name as the database to which it connects.
