Team review: At the end of the deployment phase, team review is conducted. This is to ensure that everyone shares and exchanges the status of the deployment. Feedback is collected from everyone and a list of actions to be taken is arrived at. Team review exposes some of the lessons learnt which help the team in the future. Schedules and deployment plan and verified and validated.

Customer review: After deployment at the customer site, the customer reviews and signs off the solution. The customer reviews that the solution complies with the major business objectives and actually works as per their expectations.
