Matching position

For see the matching position in a string we use '_', eg
to see the third position in a string we write code as,

SELECT projection list FROM table name
WHERE column_name LIKE '__C%';

Above query will check if the third place in a string is 'C'.

so as per my view all of the options given are wrong
