3) Coordinating with various Plant-HR and Group PF/ESI Consultant for the same.
4) Satisfying all PF/ESI related quarries of Employees and handling individual Cases.
5) Established gratuity trust for the first time for one of the group companies.

G. International Recruitment & Campus Recruitment
Handling recruitment for all overseas operations of the group in more than 18 countries in Africa, Latin America, & Middle East.
1) Coordinating with all the overseas branches of the group for their manpower requirement.
2) Closed more than 100 Positions in around 20 countries.
3) Organised campus placements every year, relationship building with campuses
4) Pre-placement talk on campuses, booking slots in placement weeks
5) Handling Complete Expatriation Process including coordination with respective countries’ embassy, Visa and Other Formalities.
