Are there any colleges or universities offering distance learning course in Engineering?

Engineering is a practical course. Not many colleges are available which offer distance learning course. Job opportunities are not as vast as they are for regular students. This is of course because of the practicality of the course and also because a college offering distance learning course doesn't provide on campus placement. However there are few colleges and universities offering distance learning courses. Most of these universities offer diploma and post graduate diploma courses in various disciplines of engineering.
