Eligibility criteria and registration charges to apply for NMAT Exam

What are the eligibility criteria for admission in different programmes of NMAT?


For NMAT, applicant can apply for more than one programme and more than one campus.

For MBA in Banking/ Capital Marketing / HR and PGDM from Bengaluru and Hyderabad campus, the applicant must have a full time Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a UGC recognized university with minimum 50% marks in the aggregate. Candidates who have completed their graduation as a part time course or correspondence or through distance learning are not eligible to apply.

For MBA in Pharmaceutical Management the applicant must have full time Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, Life Sciences, Medical doctors MBBS, BDS, BHMS, BAMS, B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Biotechnology from a UGC recognized university with minimum 50% marks in the aggregate. Post graduates with degree in Economics, Psychology and Sociology can also apply.

What are the registration charges for NMAT?


The charges for normal registration for either MBA (Full Time) or PGDM is Rs.2000/- and Rs. 2400/- for both MBA (Full Time) and PGDM. Late registration charges for either MBA (Full Time) or PGDM is Rs.2550/- and Rs. 3000/- for both MBA (Full Time) and PGDM. For rescheduling Rs.1000/- per reschedule has to be paid and for retake scheduling the charges are Rs. 2000/-. All these charges are non-refundable.
