  • Depending upon your job requisites and the criteria for your previous job, answers differ. You can list all those credentials for which you were selected for your previous/present job. Make sure that these criterion match some or most of those required in the current position for which you are being interviewed. Identify what makes you good at your work, the areas that make your work praise worthy and for which you have been getting appreciations previously. Depending upon your work preferences and priorities of your company, the criteria for performance measurement will vary so make sure you are well aware and prepared to answer this.
