Which are the general topics covered in the syllabus of IBSAT Exam?


The questions asked in the Verbal Ability section, which deals with English usage part covers the topic such as Vocabulary, English Usage, English Grammar, Replace the missing words, Para Jumble.

In the Reading comprehension section, generally three Reading Comprehension passages are given from which 25 questions are asked. The questions asked are direct and require factual answers.

Quantitative Ability section covers the topic Number System, Profit & Loss, Discount, Average, Time and Work, Percentage, Geometry, Permutation and combination, Probability, co-ordinate Geometry, Arithmetic Progression, and Algebra etc.

Last section covers topics of Data Interpretation, Data Sufficiency and Logical Reasoning. As the number of questions asked in this section is 25, there break up is like –

- Data Sufficiency – 15
- Logical Reasoning – 5
- Data Interpretation – 5

When are IBSAT exams held every year?


IBSAT exams are generally held in the month of December and January every year.
