Nanotechnology - Career options and good colleges.

I want to study nanotechnology but am a little confused about its scope in India. Please help me decide if this is a good career option for me. I score excellent in maths, physics and chemistry but not so well in biology. Apart from IITs, which are the other colleges in India that offer this program?
