I would like to apologise for the delay of the documents. I know this is a disappointment for those who had their hopes raised, but you can understand that it is impossible for us to submit all the documents for the whole lot on time.

During the recent discussion, I said that the prices for FJ building lots begin at $80.00. But it was documented incorrectly and that was the main reason for the delay in the submission as new documents had to be made to rectify the error that was committed. This took a lot of time and we missed our deadline for submitting the documents.

I am sorry to convey this frustrating news. The good news is that there are three excellent view lots available and we would be able to submit their delivery documents on time. A correction will appear in the next announcement.

Attached is the letter requesting budget realignment. Also, included is the new production schedule. I will call when I return from Midland to schedule an appointment.
