This letter represents the dismissal of your employment with Abc Corporation. We officially dismiss you Mr. Manav Shetty, Sr. Executive Marketing from Abc Corporation. As we have already discussed in our meeting, you had to be counseled by your HOD with regard to your current performance and the way in which you could improve it to cope with the company requirements.

Unfortunately, even after the counseling and ample duration of time to learn and improve yourself, there has been no change in your performance. Your performance was still unsatisfactory and you were often found intoxicated at work, to the extent that you were so impaired that you were unfit to be entrusted with your employment duties.

Owing to this reason, we are sorry to inform you that your service with Abc Corporation has been terminated, effective from 31st March 2014. You will be paid any accrued entitlements and outstanding remuneration, including superannuation.

Despite this action, we feel you have significant potential and hope you will find work more compatible with that potential. Thank you for your association with us. We wish you good luck for your future endeavors.

    We have received many complaints about your behavior from the customers that you talk to our customers in a very impolite way. This brings a wrong impression on the customers towards our business. You argue and almost fight with the customers who come to our branch. You do not respond to the customers queries. You must understand that in our business, our customers are important .You are fully aware of the code of conduct on the shop floor. Understanding the needs and providing the right solution to our customers is the main responsibility of all the employees in this organization. We cannot risk our business because of your impolite and rude behavior. You have been warned about your behavior in the past many times, but you not shown any improvement in your behavior as well as attitude and hence, we have to take this action against you. Please handover the company’s id-card and stationary along with the locker keys.

    Your settlement will be done and dues will be paid on 31st of March.
