This is to bring to your attention that last week I have done few online recharge of my mobile and internet connector. I went to your company website www.rodaphones.com to get the same done. There were many options for recharge. As suggested, I went to the instant recharge option given on the website. After going through all the steps, I went ahead by purchasing the plan through my debit card. Thereafter, I received a message of the specified amount being deducted from my LDFV Account shared in the details. Though the transaction amount was deducted I did not got my mobile and internet dongle recharged.

After few minutes, I also received two messages stating that the recharge did not happen and the amount deducted from my account will get debited within 5 days of the transaction. I also called the customer care wherein I was assured that the amount would be refunded back within those five days. It has been more than ten days now but I have still not got any notification of the amount being refunded back to my account. It matters a lot to me because the transaction was above One thousand five hundred rupees.

For your reference, I am sending you the copy of both the messages along with the transaction id. Request you to kindly check back the same and refund back the amount.

    This is to bring to your notice the automobile spare parts order placed with you on 25th Feb. We had subsequently cancelled the order, and informed you about the same in our previous letter. However, we haven’t heard from you regarding the refund of the advance paid by us at the time of placing order.

    We would like to insist for the refund at the earliest, the amount being xxxxxx as paid by Demand Draft no. xxxxxx on xxxxxx as the transaction did not take place due to various reasons. Please find attached the proof of purchase and a copy of the cancellation request.
