Sample Thank You letter from NGO

India Vision would like to thank our supporters and volunteers such as you for their dedication and commitment to our cause. Our NGO is devoted to caring for those who are visually impaired.

Blindness is associated with a lot of stigmas. India Vision hopes to eliminate these and to encourage and support visually handicapped persons to lead happy and productive lives. Our charity fashion show held to generate funds for our new project “Helping Hand” would not have been possible if volunteers such as you would not have made efforts to help us succeed. Our chance to get enough funds for the project was possible only because of all your hard work. We are grateful to you for extending your support to us at our time of need. It is due to your persistence and commitment that we have been able to generate Rs. 1, 00,000 from this charity event. Volunteers like you have harnessed the potential of our young staff and encouraged us to work with sincerity and commitment. We have worked for the visually handicapped people across the country since 10 years. Ur efforts have met with success due to the support of generous and caring people like you. We are enclosing a report about our activities this year so that you can continue to be part of all our initiatives in the coming months. Please contact Ms. Anita Mehta, our Project Manager at 9985784831 for further details regarding our new initiatives.

We are writing to express our deepest thanks for a donation of Rs 5, 00,000 to our organization ‘Shiksha’. It is a significant contribution to bridge the gap between the fortunate in life and the less fortunate. It will go a long way to inspire the people to donate to the trusts who are putting in their best efforts to help the less fortunate in terms of getting proper medical care, improving living conditions and even assisting in the proper education of those who can hardly manage to get it.

Shiksha is a registered, non-profit, public charitable trust working towards its objective of ‘Child and Woman education’. It is an approach to make the women self-reliant and thereby enabling them to lead a life of dignity.

It is the donors like you who are assisting to bring the services closer to the people. Your one step will help the many women acquire the necessary formal education to lead a better life. Thank you once again for your support towards a noble cause.
