What suggestions would you give to implement disciplinary action effectively in the organization?


Discipline focuses on being productive in nature. The organization's goal is to guide the employee to improve performance of the employees & avoid misconducts. Discipline doesn’t believe in punishing the employee. Thus, action taken should catch the employee's attention. However, at times there is a need to take progressive actions more seriously, if there is no improvement or if misconducts are consistent.
