Which approach would you recommend for the managers to use to manage the grievance effectively?


The Managers should take a quick action regarding the grievance redressal. He should identify and resolve it immediately. Training must be given to the managers to manage a grievance effectively and aptly. The manager must acknowledge the grievance put forward by the employee as a presentation of true and real feelings of the employees. The actual cause of grievance should be identified & remedial actions should be taken to prevent repetition of the grievance. The manager should execute the decision quickly, ignoring whether it may hurt the concerned employees. After implementing the decision, a follow-up must be there to ensure that the grievance has been resolved completely.
