4. CBI

b. 2,3,4
c. 1,3,4
d. All
Answer  Explanation

ANSWER: 1,2,3

Explanation:
The Delhi High Court held that the office of the Chief Justice of India (CJI) is a public authority under the ambit of Right to Information Act and it is bound to provide information about the declaration of asset details by judges of the Supreme Court. The CIC, in both 2013 and in March, 2015, had declared all national and regional parties public authorities under the Right to Information Act, 2005. Cooperative societies will not come under public authority as defined under Section 2(h) of the Right to Information Act and hence are not liable to provide information to the general public under this lawas per the verdict by the Supreme Court. On May 13, the CoS approved the CBI being fully exempted. This was then okayed by the PM on June 7, 2011 and ratified by Parliament two months later.
