General Linear Model is a widely used model in the process of analysis. Several other analyzing data are based on this model. It includes t-test, ANOVA, ANCOVA etc. T-test is used to compare the means of two samples or the actual difference between the two variables. Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) is used to analyze the difference between the groups on some variables. Softwares like SPSS are used to analyze the ANOVA technique. The item Response Theory is also known as the latent trait theory and is used to access one potential variable from several binary measured variables.
