Hr now are looking out only for communication and not with the education.If the person is not ready to answwer also will have good practical knowledge.

the major problem facing for HRD
candidate as given good response in the interview but he not able to do well in the process.But some person who not able to perform in the Interview he or she can do well in the process.Hr now a days not able to identify the exact person for the position
