Opinion about the current boss could be the way the interviewer is analyzing the personality traits of the candidate. The candidate may cover up a lot many things saying that they feel very much comfortable and easy going with their co-workers and the superiors. But many a times candidates tend to change their tone of presentation when the similar things are asked in different manner. Also, the candidate need to remember that in case they get selected, the interviewer may become their boss and a similar thinking can be framed within you for him as well in future.

There should be positive traits that should be expressed. Try to give out as many good traits as possible and also make an impression that the candidate is always willing to learn and grab the positivity from others. Grasping the management style from the boss could also be a good example. Avoid speaking out any negative emotions which could prove fatal for the selection.
