    - Quality motivation is provided to find root causes for quality deficiencies and it is being revealed that these deficiencies are caused due to human failures.

    - Experts classified human errors as:
    1) Inadvertent errors
    2) Errors due to lack of techniques
    3) Willful errors

    - Inadvertent errors are caused due to lack of product knowledge improper timely feedback, consequences of quality deficiency, etc,.

    - Such errors are committed with no specific reason and the person committing theses errors may also be aware of these errors.

    - These errors can be reduced by spreading quality awareness. Quality culture also needs to be developed.
