The resistance offered by a metal during plastic deformation is called as stiffness. If a material requires more stress to produce required strain then the material is considered to be very stiff.

As temperature increases stiffness of metal decreases. At room temperature, mostly many metals and alloys have more stiffness. If an object is more flexible it is less stiff.
