    - Continuous quality management can be achieved by following the guidelines such as work utilization, total quality control, problem solving process, establishing quality circles, using statistical tools, fool proofing, etc,.

    Fool proofing:

    - The use of fool proofing technique eliminates human errors. Its aim is to obtain zero defects.

    - To avoid such errors certain devices are used which produce visual or sonic alarm when errors occur.

    - Proper lightening, clean working conditions and avoiding long hours of work can reduce errors.
