  • UIG collaborations ere mapped on data corresponding to research publications in Web of Science database during 2005-2014
  • Close to 459,164 publication records were downloaded form India of which 235,036 research records involved multi-institution collaboration
  • The two institutions topped in linkages. While IITs were the top participating institutions in UI (University Industry), UG (University Government), IG (Industry Government) and UIG (University Industry Government) linkages, TIFR topped in IG and UIG linkages next. In UI and UG partnerships, AIIMS and BARC clinched the second spots.
