    - In Ultrasonic Machining (USM) process the material is removed due to the action of abrasive grains.

    - As the metal removal takes place due to the action of abrasive grains, the tools is pressed against the workpiece with a some load of few kgs on it.

    - The below figure shows the bock diagram of Ultrasonic Machining (USM)
