3. Only the team representative can brain storm the user and make them speak.

Focus Groups:

1. Held in groups of 6-10 people
2. Proper beginning and ending is needed by the team representative. More ideas to brain storm upon because of the number of people involved.
3. Less time consuming.
4. More effective
