How to solve

the right answer is 10 days. All the answer were wrong.
Approach to solve:take the work done by two in hours and compute total work done by them in hours.
Then find the total days=total hours/Total time

Wrong options

A can do a piece of work in 6 days of 10 hours each so 6*10=60 hr and B can do it in 4 days of 5 hours each 4*5=20 hr

1/60+1/20=1/15

working together 1.20 hours a days

1.20/15=12.5 days

wrong options given

the answer should be 12.5 days.
for the given initial condition of A & B working seperately we may write
A*6*10=B*4*5
B=3A
now let A&B work together 1.2 hrs a day for x no.of days
then we can write (A+B)*x*1.2=A*6*10
(A+3A)*x*1.2=A*6*10
4A*x*1.2=A*60
x=A*60/A*4.8
thus we get x=12.5 days
