Solution for expected value per throw in the long run

Expected value per throw means the average value of all the Occurance in this contest. Given twice rupees when it is even and thrice rupees when it is odd,
[(1*3) +(2*2) +(3*3) +(4*2) +(5*3) +(6*2)]/6
= (3+4+9+8+15+12) /6
= 51/6
= 8.5
