as bhamilton said android operating systems run off mostly linux-friendly languages (global/open-platform), may it be python, c, c++ (perhaps assembly, but i'm not sure on that, i learned assembly with basic x86 intel processors and their subsidies) over-all @op doesn't seem very educated and doesn't think about his questions, vague or plain common-sense.
