  • hello everyone, i too accept that fast food and ready to eat food are two different parts of food industries. before the invention of ready to eat packets people has bugged in those fast foods which did a lot of harm to their healths. and with the invention of ready to cook packets the extent has somewhat decreased. people started to consume ready to eat rather than fastfoods. and if to talk about these ready to cook packets it has its own advantages and disadvantages too. the first main advantage is people who live their life in a hurried manner who are not able to manage for cooking and doing other house-hold activities and going for their respective job this ready to cook option is very helpful. and another advantage is children whose parents works restlessly and reaches home at late nights for those this will be really a helping hand because it is so easy to prepare even children can cook. but consuming it daily can be a problem to health because the preservatives added in it to store for a long time can harm our health. but handling it in a proper way can be helpful

  • It is not relevant to compare the two different types of industries who have got different set of customers. Ready to eat food and fast food are two different parts of food industry. They have got the different set of customers. At one end where fast food is considered for change, ready to eat food makes an important part of people’s lives.

Whenever people are bugged up from their daily routine or want to have something different from the normal course they want to have fast food. It is a form of change from the usual daily food. People don’t prefer to have fast food daily. Even if some people want to eat the fast food daily, they cannot have it at both the times, lunch and dinner.

Ready to eat food is the substitute for the daily food. The present day life is getting more and more hectic. The working people don’t find the time to cook. They prefer to have the ready to eat food packets at home so that whenever they are struggling with time, they can use the ready to eat foods. It is becoming a need for the people. This is the main difference between the fast food and the ready to eat food. Fast food can never become the need of a household but with changing time ready to eat food is becoming the necessity in people’s lives.

The other major differentiating point is the healthy nutrients. Fast foods are hardly nutritious whereas the ready to eat food are healthy substitutes over regular food. So, saying that Ready to eat food has eaten away the market of fast food is irrelevant.
