What is the flow of loading data into fact & dimensional tables?

The flow of loading data into fact and dimensional tables is as follows

1. The staging area is filled with the source data, where data cleansing task is done.

2. The data is loaded into dimensions / lookups from staging area
3. Ultimately the loading of fact tables from source tables are loaded.
