Faith is to believe what you do not yet see, reward for faith is to see what you believe - Group Discussion

We all learn to develop trust and faith in people and situations. Couple of times our faith is crumpled because of situations and /or people. We can’t progress if we don’t learn to how to keep faith. Faith comes from experience and judgment.

For:

- We always can’t believe in something that we see. We need to foresee certain situations and place our faith in it.

- This is entirely true in our professional lives. When we hire people to work, we have faith in them in spite of not seeing their work. When they start to work productively, we see what we believed in.

- We can’t always predict situations. For e.g. bad economic conditions. But, we start to believe things will get better.

Against:

- You can only trust things or people you have experienced. That gives you’re the power of judgment.

- People lose faith in things when they suffer a loss or pain.

- Most of us believe in God who we haven’t seen and will never see. We are still rewarded.

- With the challenges we face daily, it’s difficult to have faith or believe in things we do not see. By doing this, most likely we get forged.

- The word faith cannot be taken too seriously in professions like medicine and research. People from such fields believe in practicality. For them, to see is to believe.

Faith and belief are totally individualistic. We start to believe in something and when things don’t turn out the way we expect, we start to lose faith. There are situations in our personal and professional lives when we need to place our faith in things we can’t see. If they turn out as expected, it only boosts us.
