Recent riots in UP - Is state government to be blamed?

The recent communal violence in Muzaffarnagar went on for almost 15 days and claimed a near about of 43 lives. Who is supposed to be blamed for this destruction?

For:

- The general elections for the year 2014 are about to feature and BJP and SP both want to compete with each other keeping communalism as their base
- During the time of riots, none of the state governments to take a mien of the situation in Muzaffarnagar, being ignorant of the situation
- Communal violence, riots are pragmatic, while Samajwadi Party is in the authoritative power
- Arrest of innocent people were made in edict to blanket the involvement of Akhilesh Yadav’s government

Against:

- The real instance that occurred in Muzaffarnagar was a combat between a Jat youth and two Muslim youths after their scramblers were convoluted in an accident and both the Jat as well as the Muslim boys killed each other in vengeance.
- With the intervention of the police, the fight as well as the riots could have been illicit.

Conclusion:

- Riots or any kind of violence, the primary reason behind it is the common man, but this is elevated by the state governments in the personal interest of the politicians.
