The eligibility criteria for students to be selected for Hexaware are that the student should have a good academic result from Secondary School Certificate onwards. The Secondary and Higher Secondary result should be at least of 70%. The student should not have any back papers at the time of application.

The selection process of Hexaware starts with a written test. The written test comprises of aptitude, reasoning, verbal and technical questions. Limited time is given for the written test. The technical questions are mostly from academics such as Programming, language and operating system.

The students who clear the written test qualify for the group discussion round. The students are divided in groups of 10 - 12 students. The students are given a topic for discussion. In the group discussion round the students are evaluated on their confidence level and their presence of mind.

After the group discussion round, the qualifying students have to go through the technical interview. It is seen that most of the time the students are asked about their area of interest. Students should be ready to answer the questions based on their interest. Also, there will be questions on the latest trends in IT industry and academic topics.

The students who clear the technical round will be called for the final interview i.e. the HR round. The students’ behaviour, ability to handle pressure, time management skills and leadership qualities will be assessed by the interviewer.
