How would you explain a Positive Discipline approach?


Positive Discipline approach focuses on regulating the negative behaviour of the employees rather than punishing them. This ensures to make them better workers. Positive discipline is a corrective action which results in improved performance, more productivity and effective workforce. This approach tries to restore the positive behaviour of employees by first providing them counselling and then giving oral and written warnings to them. Termination or discharge takes place in extreme cases.
