Selection Process at Motorola

In this section I am going to discuss the selection process for freshers at Motorola. The selection process of the company consists of three rounds. These rounds are as follows:

1. Written Exam
2. Technical Interview
3. HR Interview

Academic Criteria: Candidate must be a B.Tech (C.S / I.T/E.C.E) student and got 65 percent throughout (Class X , XII and Graduation).

Written test consist of two sections aptitude and technical.

Aptitude section include questions from the topics like algebra, time & work, time, speed & distance, arithmetic, percentages, profit & loss, geometry, etc.

Technical section consists of questions from areas like C, C++, Operating Systems, Computer Organization, Networks, etc.

Only those candidates who clear the written exam will qualify for the next round.

The second round is technical interview in which the interviewer tested all technical aspects of the candidate.
