I would like to acknowledge your efforts in creating the report that I just received. As I went through your report, I found it to be comprehensive of all the details we needed to be present in it.
The report was asked of you for the ongoing project that seems to have reached its next level. The team of experts or the board of directors as you call them wanted to see a summary of the work that has been done in the first level of project before taking it to the next level.
I shall be presenting your report to the board of directors in the next meeting that is scheduled for today’s evening 6 pm. I am confident they are going to like your report equally and would soon give you the consent to take the project onto the next level. You can rest assured that there shall be no interruption in your project after this report has been acknowledged by the board of directors.
