What reports are required by HR department for calculation of payroll?


When HR department prepare the payroll of an organization every month, it requires following information: -

a). Additions which mean number of new employee’s joined the organization.

b). Deletions which mean number of employee’s retired /resigned from the organization.

c). Transferred or Promotions of current employees.

d). Loss of pay which mean number of employee’s absent for month.

e). Number of Salary Stop or Hold Employee’s.
