Job opportunities in bank, public and private sector after 12th pass

I have just passed my 12th standard with commerce stream. I am in search for a job due to some personal circumstances. Can you tell me for any job opportunity in bank or public or private sector?

Circumstances don’t favour everyone at all occasions. Still, one need to have the fighting spirit to have a successful life ahead. It is good to accept the need of hour and search for the job. But, the job opportunities are really reducing for the aspirants who have not even completed graduation. It would be wise to join the job and complete at least graduation through correspondence / distant education for more opportunities.

Banking sector have numerous openings coming up for clerical and official cadre, but they seek a minimal qualification of graduation. The other few openings requires much lower qualification and a 12th pass would be over-qualified for those posts.

However, the possibility of Government job is still there. Staff Selection Commission (SSC) conducts the Combined Higher Secondary Level Examination. Vacancies do appear in public sector for the posts like junior assistant, sec. assistant etc. Students can apply for the Lower Division Clerk (LDC) posts where the minimum eligibility is 10th pass.

The openings in private sector mainly appears in the BPO sector. The call centers do provide an opportunity as customer care executives. In some reputed firms, the BPOs and KPOs, smart work gets recognized and if the student shows some willingness, they can pursue higher education through their employee assistance programs.
