Kind of people you refuse to work with?

How to respond positively to this question when interviewer wants to know the people you would avoid or refuse to work with?

Now this is testing the tolerance power of the candidate along with their ability to come up with the negativity in a modest way. It is not right to directly pin-point any personality. When the candidate is focussed towards the benefit of the organization, it is better to keep that thread and list out the negative characteristics that could potentially harm the repute and functioning of the organization.

Instead of saying that the candidate would refuse to work with, it would be better to hear that they would report of any incorrect measures to the management and seek a better platform with organizational interest to work with. The traits should be listed instead of giving out any names or designations.
