The job profiles are more similar than same. Every job profile differs a bit and has some unique technique to be learnt. So, the candidate can list out the most related experiences. The management role has many things, duties and responsibilities. While posting a job vacancy, every organization defines some essential requirements and experience in the related field.

The candidates do apply only when they have similar experiences. The candidates can list out those experiences which would have the duties similar to those which are required for the applied profile. Rather than saying that the candidate does not possess the experience in this field, they can directly start listing out the duties and role played by them in other profiles which mimics the expected role.
